Delivery & Returns

Orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days after successful payment.

Orders sent outside of Ukraine are kept at the post office for 5 days. After the expiration of the storage period, the order will be automatically canceled without the possibility of redelivery.

Order tracking

You can track your parcel online using a track code which is sent automatically after completing your order.

If you have not received your track code or want to receive a track code for the Nova Poshta parcel, please contact us: info@shyneteam.com. Please include your order number, order date, name and phone number in your letter.

Return

The return of the product is possible only in the presence of visible physical damage. Please check the product immediately after receiving the package at the post office. To process the return, you have to take a photo of the damage and send us an email at info@shyneteam.com. Please include your order number, order date, name and phone number in your letter.
